James Deen opens the video by introducing HOTMOVIES.com the sponsor of today’s episode of James Deen Loves Food. James and Luke proceeds to making poutine with all the ingredients all laid down on the kitchen counter, along with a deep fryer and an aluminum mixing bowl. James enumerates the ingredients: rendered duck fat as a substitute for oil, bags of potatoes, fillet mignon, bottle of wine, gravy straight from French Canada, smoked duck breast, four types of cheese such as cheese curds, Swiss cheese, truffle cheese and lorraine cheese, The two begins by putting the duck fat into the fryer, followed by peeling the potatoes, and frying the fillet mignon before mixing gravy and wine with it. They then proceed to deep frying the potatoes as James cuts the fillet mignon covered in wine gravy. Luke fries the duck breast. Luke Cheuh leaves even before they finish making the world’s most expensive poutine. James Deen is left alone as he takes the french fries off the fryer. He adds in some salt before topping it with duck breast, fillet mignon and the four types of cheese. He then tops it with gravy. James tries the world’s most expensive poutine and is too quiet for some time. He finally talks with his mouth still full saying that the poutine fucking good.
